1. Nature of Services
Nexviro Technologies provides digital marketing services providing digital marketing, online advertising, branding, publicity, and promotional services including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing (SMM), influencer marketing, content marketing, email marketing, mobile marketing, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads and other internet-based and technology-driven marketing services . These services are customized and intangible in nature, and therefore refunds are limited.
2. No Guaranteed Results
Digital marketing results depend on several external factors including competition, market conditions, platform algorithms, and client cooperation. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and refunds will not be provided based on performance expectations alone.
3. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- The service has not been initiated after payment.
- A duplicate or accidental payment has been made.
- Nexviro Technologies is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the payment date.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Services that have already started or been completed.
- Monthly retainers once work has commenced.
- Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms such as Google or Meta and others platforms.
- Customized strategies, campaign setup, audits, consultations, or reports.
- Delays caused by lack of client input, approvals, or access.
5. Partial Refunds
If services have been partially delivered, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Nexviro Technologies based on the work completed.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund, clients must provide their name, invoice or payment reference number, and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
7. Cancellation of Services
Clients may request cancellation of services with written notice. Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable, and cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
8. Policy Updates
Nexviro Technologies reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website.
